Anyone have an new or old copy of one with races/race times?
Chris
I've got about a dozen of them in the back of my trailer, but none on me. Got any specific questions?
They're pretty straight forward:
30 min GT races & GP races are on Sat. Sprints on Sun.
I know there are more on Sat and think the ULGP is on Sun, but in a nutshell that's it...
Tech opens at 7:00, practice starts at 8:00. Races start around noon on Sat and around 10 on Sun.
I had heard mention of a friday practice day on fri... any validity to this?
thanks!!
tim
BFR holds open practice the Friday before each event. Not sure how much they charge, last year it was $70.

Some years they have their Friday practice on Tuesday! :P But I guess that's only on leap years!
(sorry - couldn't resist)
I have the 2004 BFR schedule. But no way to post it from work.
Ask or i can email it to you.
actually ill email it to you.
Unlimited Superbike is run with Supertwins, that would be one change this year.
Also they run it one way the first couple weekends and then run in backward the last 2 or 3 weekends, so really last year's schedule may mean nothing at all.

Sure, they flop the running order on Sunday, but the overall format stays the same with what races are run on what day..
Thanks Steve

Not trying to threadjack, but is it safe to assume there will still be spots available on the friday practice day if you don't pre-register?

Yep.
I didnt think you can pre-register for the friday track day ?
Its run by the track not CCS.
Can you ?
I was just on the BFR website and they've just added the ability to register on-line for their track days. :)
QuoteYep.
Thank you very much sir.... couple more questions.... is it OK to camp there on Thursday night and if so, any idea on the cost?
[/Threadjack ended] ;)

Yes, but only for the Friday practice days that are run on Friday! ;) ;D
There is a link to the schedule for that event on the CCS site now, but it's in stinkin' Microsoft Word so I can't open it! Not sure why it's not in the Adobe format like before, but it's there to see if you can open it. :)
Looks like a dead link to me. Doesn't even appear to link to a file.
