Title: I stopped by the store yesterday...
Post by: EX#996 on April 21, 2005, 04:40:44 AM
... looking for the Papa Roach or Soil CD.  The store didn't have either, but I had to laugh at myself at the CD that I did purchase.  Anyone hazard to take a guess at what it was?

I'll give you a hint....  Think 80's glam band.

I picked up Motley Crue's new Red, White and Crew CD last week.  MOTLEY ROCKS!!!

I still love 80's rock/metal!!!!

Even though some of the boys looked better than some of the women in the 80's....

The rock that they put out was all about fun...   :)

Stevie is the queen of hair band fans! ;)  I remember riding down to Barber with him, and it was 80s Glam all the way.  I actually ended up burning one of his CDs for my own collection after that weekend.

Best riff for racing?  Motley Crue, Red Hot!

WananananananaNOWNANOWNANOW!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Damn, I wish I was going to RA.

Glam what? I guess I missed that  stuff.  But I spent the evening watching a 2 hour special on the biography channel about a certain singer/songwriter whose 43 cds sit on my shelf, in mym iPod and in the car CD player.

I really like driving by myself anyway.  ;)

Oh, but I did go on Ebay and bought a good Isaac Hayes album that I used to play when I was a kid, Hot Buttered Soul.  Great stuff.
