I noticed in the license renewal that it said numbers were given out if they were available. Does this mean that the only way to hold your number is to apply before someone else asks for it? I thought you would be able to keep it if you applied by a certain date.

2010 License Application

The 2010 ASRA/CCS competition License application is available here.

We will begin assigning numbers on January 5th based on a first-come, first-serve basis. To retain your old number, your application must be received in our office by Jan. 4th at 5:00pm (Central Time).
