Title: Pirelli Super Corsas
Post by: NightHeat on February 27, 2005, 05:49:20 AM
???  This will be my first time running the Super Corsas,  120/180 combination, does anyone know the recommended tire pressure?  Was figuring they were about the same as the diablo corsas

The folks at Trackside Racers Supply ususally have recommended 31 in the front and 30 in the rear for Super Corsas to me.  I am pretty sure the Diablo Corsas require a few more pounds, but I haven't ridden those.  TRS is the trackside vendor for Pirelli at Summit.  They are great folks and very helpful, check with them at the track if you have questions.

Thanks for the info !!  You are correct on the diablos
I found out about those the hard way and burnt a set up in a weekend running low pressures.

Thanks again.

That's odd, the Pirelli guys at the track recommended I run 31,29 on the Super Corsas.  ??

remember that there are different compounds and different ambient temps which affect what the guys will recommend. when in doubt, ask them every morning...
