just checked the paul gast lectron site 30mm to 50mm in 2mm increments might need a real fuel pump not those snowmobile things i use on my 900 it has 41's bored to 42mm

If you still have wires to the headlight you can put a multimeter to it.  You can also check continuity at fuse controling the headlights/tailights.

I've had the same thing happen on my old monster, and that is how I fixed it too...
Believe me, the more advanced the Duc's have gotten, the more complicated this stuff is.  I wish WD40 could fix problems on these new electronic systems!
