Competition grade 1.3mm - 1.5mm milled cowhide leather, supple yet strong
Swiss made Schoeller Keprotec stretch panels for enhanced air flow and increased movement in the

Seams and Materials

At PILOT, we take stitching and seam construction very seriously. We double and triple-sticth our leathers, using only the highest grade of nylon thread available to
provide maximum strength.

PILOT suits are made with premium grade milled cowhide. This remarkably supple leather provides exceptional tear and abrasion resistance. Swiss-made Schoeller Keprotec
is also used for air flow and increased movement in the arms, crotch and back of knee.

Suit Armor

The armor used in our professional suits is the result of years of testing and refinement . The construction is unique to PILOT and provides superior durability.

Our leathers are reinforced with anatomically molded CE armor in the arms, shoulders and knees/shins. The CE armor is sewn into a foam comfort pad and then stitched into the suit using a comfort foam pocket. This method results in a more comfortable fit.
