2004 GSXR 600, I read the rules and am a bit confused.
Can I use my stock case covers, or do they have to be aftermarket?
No they have to be aftermarket ones that are MUCH stronger than stock. If your right side fairing completely covers teh case, then you just need the left side. But why risk it, just put them on both sides.
