Title: GSX-R Clutch ??
Post by: NightHeat on January 11, 2008, 10:30:54 AM
does anyone know if a 2006-2007  gsxr 600/750/1000 clutch assembly would work in any of the 2005 models.  i've examined both through just picutres and i personally don't see any reason why one wouldnt work in the other.  unless it would be a diameter or clutch basket assembly thickness problem.  any thoughts??

Hmm, I believe the '07s were an OEM slipper, while the '05s were not?

Guy to ask would be Grant Matsushima out in Cali...He's got a website somewhere.

I tried a oem slipper out of a GSXR1000 to see if it would fit my 2005 750, no go.  Too bad as it would have been a nice low budget alternative to buying a Yoyodyne.
