Doc Stein is a popular club racer in the MW, GL, GP regions. He crashed hard at MAM last weekend. I was finally able to get in touch with him last night.
Well, old Doc has a 1 1/2" seperation between the 2 pieces of his collar bone, 3 broken ribs, a very slightly punctured lung, and assorted smaller lumps and contusions. None of this is going to kill or cripple him, but he's a hurtin' puppy right now. When I talked to him last night, he was full of the patented Doc Stein humor and energy that make him such a character. You've got to love a guy who can find humor in stories that involve passing out from pain...
