I'm just getting started in racing so I was filling out the forms to get my ccs license and I saw on the instructions for the forms this "Applicants under the age of 18 must have a signed notarized release form from their parent or legal guardian on file with CCS before a competition license will be issued." I haven't seen a release form or anything like that on CCS' website. So I was wondering how I can obtain a license.

I will check to see about why the form is not on the website tomorrow.

If you will drop me a message at Eric.Kelcher@ccsracing.us I will get one out to you right away by fax email or mail.

Just to let everyone else know.

The annual minor release form will be signed at the first race event.

We will be putting up a special form for those that travel with someone other than their parent/legal guardian that is a tempory guardianship form.

FYI all minors must have parent or legal guardian with them at all times they are on track.

You mean that I have to ride 2-up with Philip when he's racing?   ;D
