looking for good track tires for a 2007 ninja 250 this was my sons bike and now i would like to have some fun with it on the track.

The same tires that we use in WERA for the old @ss 16"ers :spank: . I think I was the only goof in MA region this year on a pregen......granted,I didnt run it every weekend. I was able to still get around a few of the final gen 250s on the Pirelli Sport Demons,but with a few pucker moments when you found where they werent happy anymore,they really hindered going fast........hahaha,"going fast" :lmao:

gt 501 was the old racers choice they still make them

I couldnt find the dunlops when I was prepping my 250 earlier this year. I wanted to try them,but since I couldnt find them and had ran the pirellis a couple years ago on my old vtr250,I just stuck with what I knew.

Avon may still make a 16" race compound DOT tire

Its not difficult to put the newer 17" wheel on it.

Heck yeah its easy!! Its all bolt on and go if you get the right combo of parts.
