103db @ summit

i was curious how loud 103db is gonna be.  i read on the tpm board that they did test at summit and all of the bikes passed.  i wondering if a REALLY loud buell would pass since my 400 is about the same as one of those.

also, how does it work?  would i be warned, but allowed to race?  or just sent home?
