WTB a stock SV650

I have a friend who's wife gave him the goahead to get a bike. He asked me to find him a stock SV650 for under $3,000, that will pass Maryland inspection. He likes the copper color but it realy doesn't matter. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
