flat track set up

I am looking to make my crf 450 supermoto into a flat track bike anyone have any info on what needs to be done and where i could race it on the east coast?

I also remember seeing some where in maryland a indoor flat track run in the winter on minis or under 100 cc just cant seem to remember who when or where it is any help on that too?
