The oil light on my gsxr has came on and won't turn off The oil level is good and i have checked for air pockets in the oil by loosening the filter while the engine was running Hopefully someone can tell me what to try next to solve the problem.
Thanks Guys!

Is the light an oil level light or an oil pressure light?
Have you checked that the sensor is functioning properly?
Have you checked the wiring?
When was the last time you rebuilt your engine?
