Endurance/Team Challenge races

I am coming from the CMRA after taking a year out and will now be racing in the Midwest and Great Lakes/Plains schedules.  Are there any "Endurance" or "Team Challenge" races in this area?

I have not been able to observe the Endurance style race in any of the schedules for the Northern sanctions.  

I enjoyed the team racing and endurance concept and the CMRA handled the races very well.  I was hoping to contine this in the Northern sanctions.

Does the endurance sign-ups need to be done ahead of time or can you pretty much sign up the morning of.  I really want to do one but don't have a rider to race with yet.  I figure one day the urge will hit me and I will force the person pitted next to me to join my team and need to know if I need to plan ahead or not.

There are TC races in the Midwest, GP, GL region.

You can usually sign up the morning of, no problem.  Not big grids for endurance races, so it doesn't hurt you too much.
