A few "bugs" surfaced for the first group of you.  For instance, entries for Lightweight SuperSport didn't appear on some entries and others were receiving an Error message.

All have been fixed now and should be working properly.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

Any of you who tried and failed up until now, please try again!  And if anything else comes up, please email me .. instead of calling the CCS office.

why wont it work? when i click on the form, the page goes blank and all it says is "To Begin, Choose Which Form:" with nothing to click on.

Can't you see Standard Pre-Entry Form, Twin Sprints Pre-Entry Form, etc. with an arrow next to each and followed by a padlock symbol?  Those words can be clicked on.

If you can't see them, try refreshing your page.  Or, close your browser and reopen it.

I wasn't able to test it in other browsers.  It was designed for use with Internet Explorer.

Anyone else been having major problems with this?  I attempted to pre-register for 3 events.  Blackhawk May 12-13, Road America July 6-8, and Blackhawk July 28-29.  I only received a confirmation for the first BHF event, and the RA event.  However, my card was charged twice for the same amount.  Since I was entered in a different number of races for those 2 events my card should have been charged 2 different amounts I figured.  So I emailed, asking exactly what I was actually registered for.  I was told I was registered for Blackhawk on May-12-13 and AUGUST 18-19th!  WTF?!?  I then forworded the 2 email confirmations that I had, to at least get those two events figured out.  My card still hasn't been charged the correct amount, but supposably after a few emails I am at least registered for the first BHF and the RA event, but apparently my 3rd registration got lost in cyberspace.  Kind of frustrating to say the least.

Anyone that has pre-entered online would be wise to email or call to clarify what you are actually registered.  Don't trust your confirmation emails!  Mine was incorrectly pre-entered even though my confirmation emails were correct!  One out of 3 event I registered for was correct....

I used it to pre-register for CMP April 14-15, got the "success" screen, but no email confirmation etc..  No charge to C.C. either. They got lost somewhere 'out there' in cyberspace I guess. But I got it straightened out with CCS. And all is good now.

Next time I will fax them in!

err Don't trust your confirmation emails.  The confirmation emails i got were correct...but when I contacted them I wasn't signed up for the right events.....

Turns out I did have a problem with my submission....my original pre-reg didn't go through and I had to re-submit it. I contacted Jeanne Muse (aka TrophyGal) @ CCS via e:mail - she forwarded me to Nancy Elliott and she had me re-submit - The second one went through. Nancy did say they are still having some problems with the online pre-reg and are working on them.

So if you have used the online pre-reg - send Nancy an e:mail to have her confirm
your submission. Nancy.Elliott@ccsracing.us

she'll work with you to make sure you are registered for the races/events you've entered online.

and all this on Easter morning! shows the commitment to making sure they get this worked out and to us racers...
