Calling Ametuer Rider #115
« on: July 17, 2006, 02:47:27 PM »
If you read this... I'm rider #114; I wanted to say great job out there on Race #9 (SuperTwins) on Sunday at BlackHawk. Haven't had that much fun in a long time! It was a great battle for first place :thumb:

I turned out into the pits because I thought the race was over! Then you took 1st! LOL! Oh well, you deserved it!

It was fun watching you two.  I was wondering what happened when I saw you pitting after the white flag.  :(
CCS AM 815... or was that 158?

That's the thing... I saw a white flag. Then a checkered on the next lap!

Took it easy around turn 1 and 2, then #115 passed me at race pace. Just to make sure, I caught up to him and passed him on Turn 6, passed the finsh line with the waving checkered again! I thought that had to be it. Race pace around the track again, until turn 8, stuck my foot out and pitted. Then #115 goes down the straight at race pace again. Then I was really confused.

Looked at the sheets, and said 7 out of 8 laps for me.

To be honest, that was my first race weekend. I'm still learning. Regardless, it was fun, wouldn't change it for the world.
