Daytona racing in the rain.....

Hey, do you guys race Daytona ROC in the rain???

Specifically the ST-endurance race....any danger you'd run it in the rain????? :cheers:

Yes and it did rain at last years ROC.    It could happen were the MOTO ST endurance is held in the rain I would guess.

MotoST...isn't it supposed to have TV and a big purse?  I'd certainly bet that it would be held even if it rains.

We ran the F-USA Team Challenge in the rain at Daytona in 2003. Hand cut DOTs were the hot set up. The banking has pretty good traction and drys quickly as soon as it stops raining. Gotta watch those paint stripes going into T1!
