Contingency question
« on: December 03, 2002, 11:13:38 AM »
Is it possible to apply for contingency after the race event? I suprised myself by coming 4th in amateur SuperTwins at Streets of Willow and someone pointed out that I should be able to get a voucher from Dunlop so I downloaded the forms and it has a box for tech inspection signature. Oops. I have the required decals on the side and have video/photos from the weekend as proof the bike complies.

Am I too late to claim and what's the correct procedure just in case this freak incident happens again :-) ??

Thanks

Always fill out the contingency form and have it ready to hand in to tech. I don't think they will allow it for a race already run, but it never hurts to ask

Always sign up for contingency just in case someone screws up and sends you money anyways :).
